Achieve Success with Alacrity

The Predictable Profitability System

The objective of our Predictable Profitability System is to build a better, bigger company. That happens by doing two things.

First, build a better team. This doesn’t mean getting rid of everyone and starting over. It means getting the existing team to work together as one unit. This eliminates excuses in a company and greatly reduces the number of problems or issues that need the CEO’s immediate attention. In other words, building a better team creates high quality predictable performance which leads to staff engagement (and the natural elimination of poor performers).

Second, build genius thinking into a company’s DNA. This new way of thinking allows a company to fulfill its potential by uncovering what it does best and can monetize. It creates a common strategic lens that staff use to ensure predictable profits and growth.

How long must you wait for results? Companies in Transition ($3-$12 million in revenue) typically take nine to twelve months of implementation to see noticeable changes in the top and bottom lines. Larger companies will see changes in six months or less. After that, 25 to 30 percent growth year over year is achievable.

Our objective is to help build Transition companies into growth machines that consistently and reliably generate their growth objectives year over year. Its net profitability tends to settle around 20 percent. Why is that important? It is the foundation for being bolder. People want to be part of something exciting, where they can grow their careers. Business owners want to experience success they can truly be proud of. Clients want to invest (pay you money) in something that provides excellent, elegant solutions.
