This system is organized around the framework that all businesses are built upon but it uses them differently. It consists of four elements: foundation, leadership, profitability, and scalability. Here is a short description of each: 

FOUNDATION 

This element focuses on strengthening and stabilizing the platform upon which to consistently grow. Start here if you are having a churn of staff or clients. 

LEADERSHIP 

This element focuses on how to deliver the kind of feedback that improves performance. When culture (values + why), feedback, and rewards are aligned to what really matters to the business, consistent execution results. Start here if you have inconsistent revenue growth. 

PROFIT 

This element focuses on how to think in ways that deliver better decisions and better ideas, all designed to increase profitability. By incorporating a tool we call a “strategic lens,” staff can more quickly identify the right problem to solve and develop better solutions. This results in greater efficiencies and profits. Start here if your net profit is too low. 

GROWTH 

This element focuses on what solution a company delivers to its customers that will best support predictable, consistent scalable growth (sales). To fulfill the business’s true potential define that thing your company does best. Start here after all other elements have been fine-tuned to generate rapid growth.
