Rosemary Paetow is CEO of Think inStrategy, a consulting firm focused on empowering CEOs to inspire, lead and deliver predicable, profitable growth. Her career spans working in industry to owning her own business. In her role as an employee she gained the invaluable insights of executing on another’s vision. In her roles as CPA with KPMG she learned how to a company’s business risk to remain viable. In her role as a Vistage Chair she worked with enterprise level organizations to become better, bigger businesses and leaders. In her current role as a business mentor and leadership champion many of her clients translate the learnings they receive at inStrategy by becoming a Fortune 5000 fastest growing company.
Her leadership journey continues as co-author of two books. The first book is Fearless Female Leaders Stories and Strategies to Empower More Women to Lead. And the second is Better. Bigger. Bolder How to Break the Profit Barrier. Predicably. Both books address leadership from a company, a mindset, and an individual perspective.
